Privacy Policy

1. Information We Collect

We prioritize data minimization and only collect information essential for service delivery and license management:

• Account Credentials: Your email address and authentication tokens provided when signing in via Google OAuth or Email (stored securely in our Supabase PostgreSQL database).
• Hardware Identifier (HWID): A non-reversible, salted cryptographic hash of motherboard/CPU components used strictly to prevent multi-device license piracy. We cannot reverse this hash to identify your real hardware components.
• Transactional Logs: License issue dates, plan types, and download timestamps to ensure legitimate license fulfillment.

2. Zero Gameplay Surveillance & Telemetry

Nuxor strictly operates locally on your machine. We do NOT:

• Record or transmit your keystrokes or mouse coordinates.
• Capture, upload, or inspect your desktop screen, browser history, or gaming activities.
• Inject background spyware, telemetry daemons, or memory scanners.

3. Payment Security & Third-Party Processing

All financial transactions are handled exclusively by Stripe, Inc., a certified PCI-DSS Level 1 payment processor. Nuxor never receives, processes, or stores your credit or debit card numbers, CVC codes, or bank account credentials.

4. Analytics & Cookies

We utilize privacy-focused, cookie-free Vercel Analytics to collect aggregated visitor telemetry (such as page view counts, referrer sources, and country of origin). This data does not contain personally identifiable information (PII) and is used exclusively to optimize website performance.

5. User Rights & Data Deletion

In accordance with international privacy standards (including GDPR and CCPA), you have the right to request access to, export, or permanently delete your account and associated license data from our systems at any time.
