1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing, browsing, registering an account, or downloading software from Nuxor (accessible via https://nuxor.org), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund Policy. If you do not agree to these terms in their entirety, you must discontinue use immediately.

2. License Grant & Software Delivery

Upon purchasing or claiming a trial key, Nuxor grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to execute and use the Nuxor desktop utility strictly for personal, non-commercial purposes on your personal computer.

Each license key is securely bound to your registered customer account and a one-way hashed Hardware Identifier (HWID). Sharing, redistributing, reselling, leasing, or publicly posting your license key or software binaries is strictly prohibited and results in immediate license revocation without refund.

3. Permitted Use & EULA Disclaimer

Nuxor operates as an external Windows input simulation tool. The software does not inject code into, modify, or inspect the Java Virtual Machine (JVM) memory of third-party games.

The terms "Macro", "Cheats", or "Utility" on this site are descriptive industry phrases used for informational and search engine indexing (SEO) purposes. You are solely responsible for verifying the rules, guidelines, and terms of service of any third-party multiplayer game servers you connect to. Nuxor does not assume liability for administrative actions, restrictions, or bans imposed by third-party server operators.

4. Disclaimer of Affiliation

Nuxor is an independent utility software and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or associated with Mojang Studios, Microsoft Corporation, or Minecraft. All game trademarks belong to their respective owners.

5. Subscriptions, Payments & Cancellations

All payments are processed securely by certified third-party payment processors (such as Stripe). Recurring subscriptions (Weekly, Monthly) automatically renew at the conclusion of each billing period unless cancelled by the user prior to renewal. You may manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your dashboard or customer billing portal.

6. Limitation of Liability & Warranty

The software and related services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Under no circumstances shall Nuxor, its developers, or affiliates be liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the software.
